When a property suffers fire, smoke or water damage, the contents- personal belongings, furniture, artwork and electronics may be damaged and require professional cleaning. Depending on the condition of the affected contents, items may need to undergo detailed hand cleaning, deodorization, drying, sanitization, soot removal or refinishing. Our restoration personnel are specially trained to handle your possessions with care and are prepared to handle a job of any size.

Primary damage is obvious, but secondary damage (caused by moisture, mold, soot or odors) can cause a majority of the damage. We provide support and aid in quickly restoring the loss in the minimal amount of time and expense to all parties involved. There are many techniques to stop further damage from occurring and we employ all possible procedures to ensure these steps are taken. We make every effort to clean and restore each item to its pre-loss condition.

Our process is:

1. Upon arrival, we will immediately begin mitigating to prevent further damage to your belongings.
    
2. We document everything that comes out of your home or building. Our DPI (Digital Photo Inventory) and Xactimate estimating services ensure the quickest and most efficient process. Each item is labeled repairable, salvageable or irreparable.
    
3. After being inventoried, items will be “packed out” and transferred to our state-of-the-art contents facility where we will safely, thoroughly and quickly clean the items. We use the most current technologies like:
   
   
   1. Ultra-sonic processor
       
   2. Rinsing station
       
   3. Ozone machines
       
   4. Dehumidifiers
       
   5. Electronics cleaning station
       
   6. Water de-ionizer
       
   7. Drying chambers
       
   8. Once the items are fully cleaned and sanitized, they are dried. Each item may require different drying techniques; we will make sure that the proper drying process is used for each item.
       
   9. We will carefully “pack-back” these items in clean boxes as per room.
       
   All processes are coordinated with all parties involved.
